A major portion of college life is spent gaining knowledge in the classroom, however developing strong individuals is also important at Lexington College. Campus Life gives students opportunities to learn about themselves and to discover ways they can be successful in everything their future holds.
Student activities range from clutural and cuisine-related events to volunteer and service opportunities to Student Government sponsored events. Lexington students also have access to the nearby state-of-the-art library and fitness facilities at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
I learn something new every day living in the city. Being on my own, even though my family lives just a few hours away, means I am faced with decisions every day. Those experiences have helped me mature. Chicago is so diverse— people, restaurants, music festivals and art galleries. I enjoy it all—especially trying new restaurants. It's fair to say that one will never grow bored living in downtown Chicago!”
